Project Specification & Design Consultation

IMA’s design team includes some of the best talent in our industry with experience specifying and planning office environments for a variety of industries. Continuing education, product training, and learning based presentations keep them up to date on industry advances and apprised of a wide variety of space planning solutions. Their objective is to provide innovative and custom furnishing solutions to meet a client’s needs and budget.

Provides detailed and accurate furniture specifications

Utilizes CAD/CAP Computer Aided Design and Planning to create space plans and drawings

Conducts in field measurements and identifies critical dimensions

Provides isometric views and renderings of layouts

Specifies cost analysis comparisons for budget purposes and value engineering

Develops bill of materials and plans for office systems reconfigurations

Collaborates with A&D firm on fabric and finish selections

Project Management

IMA’s project managers serve as our most visible commitment to the smooth and successful execution of your project.  Our team of professionals are responsible for overseeing overall project planning and accuracy from the pre-installation phase to final punch completion, providing personal customer interface throughout all phases of a project.  Their objective is to serve as a liaison between the client, the project requirements, and the installation team.

Attends pre-installation planning meetings to determine project requirements and convey furniture capabilities

Develops work plan and project schedule and phasing based on overall project parameters and scope

Attends weekly construction meetings to ensure accurate and complete exchange of information

Manages project timelines by tracking manufacturer shipments and coordinating deliveries

Serves as key point of contact to coordinate and schedule delivery and installation and all related logistics

Conducts in field pre-punch and punch list reviews with client and manages punch list completion process

Delivery & Installation

IMA partners with trained professionals who are experts in the field of contract office furniture installation. Working in conjunction with IMA’s project managers, our partners’ expertise ensures that all projects, no matter how small or large, are executed with a level of skill that exceeds client expectations.  Delivery and installation is the final stage of a project and a true reflection of our commitment to our client both during and after a project’s completion.

Warehouse Services

Our 7,080 sqft warehouse offers climate controlled storage with shipping and receiving capabilities. Our expansive open floor area is able to efficiently stage, quality control check, and appropriately document all products prior to storing in racks and/or being pulled for client delivery/install.

Full-height loading dock/ramp that can accept full-size tractor trailers.

Protected with hard-wired security system and 24/7 camera monitoring.

144 dedicated/labeled storage racks (4’ x 8’) for short or long-term product storage and/or inventory management.

Driver dedicated facilities, forklift, pallet jacks, dollies, packing materials, and blankets available.
